Acco
Plastics Limited, a leading Tier II automotive injection molder
located in Markham, Ontario, Canada has been acquired by Key Plastics
of Novi, Michigan, USA.
Acco
Plastics operates two plants that serve a variety of automakers,
molding precision thermoplastic parts including components for door
systems, instrument panel bezels, body moldings, fuel filter parts
and window system components. Together, the plants have 41,000 square
feet, and the company employs about 120.
The
acquisition of Acco Plastics, represents Key Plastic's entree into
Canada as part of their worldwide Tier 2 consolidation strategy.
Key and Acco complement each other in customer base and product
offerings, the acquisition will enable Key to enhance its service
to Canadian customers.

services to the shareholders of Acco Plastics Limited.
