DPSUN & Assoc. announced it has jointly formed a holding company to purchase the operating assets of Fabricated Metal Products Co.

DPSUN & Assoc. has positioned itself to acquire up to 100% percent of the newly established operating company. Fabricated Metal Products Co. is a leading producer of custom metal products. The company operates from the Greater Toronto area and supplies products throughout North America. Neither the company’s annual sales nor the transaction value were disclosed.

DPSUN & Assoc.’s President, stated, "This transaction represents a solid platform company. Significant opportunities exist to expand our product offering as well as our client base through additional value added services".

Aberdeen Gould facilitated the transaction.
