IDMD Manufacturing Limited (IDMD) of Toronto, Ontario, today completed the acquisition of CCI Industries (CCI) of Bradford, Ontario.

CCI is an emerging manufacturer of high end store fixtures for leading cosmetic and cloth manufacturers.

This transaction represents the first step in IDMD's strategy to acquire complimentary retail store fixturing capabilities via acquisition. IDMD is a world leader in the design and manufacture of point-of-purchase display and fixturing for the cosmetic and other consumer related industries.

Aberdeen Gould or its Principal originated the transaction and provided exclusive advisory services to the shareholders of IDMD.
