PSA Quality Systems Inc. of Windsor, Ontario, a leading provider of quality and logistics services to the automotive industry has acquired Quality Automotive Support Inc. of Oshawa, Ontario.

Aberdeen Gould originated the transaction and provided exclusive advisory services to the shareholders of PSA Quality Systems Inc.The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
