Wollin Products, Inc. has acquired their second Canadian custom injection moulder, Custom Moulders Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This acquisition represents Wollin's 6th manufacturing facility.

Custom Moulders Ltd., is a leading Canadian custom injection moulder of consumer related products. The company reported annual sales of US$6.5MM for 1999 in the "PlasticsNews" survey of moulders. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
